CoELIB proudly joins in the global celebration of International Women’s Day. We have consistently placed women as equitable partners in development by providing them with opportunities to lead and thrive in various capacities.

As the world’s population grows, there is a high demand for food with less land and resources to quench this demand. Other factors such as climate change, soil degradation, water scarcity, and pesticide resistance add to the burden. Addressing such problems will require significant changes in agricultural practices, policies, consumer behavior, and a shift towards more sustainable and equitable food systems.

In a world where the sky is the limit, it’s frustrating to think there are still invisible barriers holding certain groups back from reaching their potential. There has always been an invisible barrier preventing a certain group of people, particularly minorities and women in society from reaching high-level positions in various fields.

Our mission is to empower businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to succeed in an ever-changing economic landscape.
