CoELIB is composed of two buildings: The administration building and the Hub for Innovation in Learning and Business (HuB). The HuB is a space designed for innovation, offering various physical spaces for collaboration, new ways of working, and a team of professionals who can assist young people in learning, assessing, researching, and exploring their business ideas. The HuB comprises a Collaboration Space (where partners and guests can co-work in an open, café-style area), Workstations (with counter-height seating), Flex Space (a modular workspace that can be used for meetings and events), Focus Rooms (three quiet spaces ideal for working alone or in small groups), a Studio for Professional Advancement, a Conference Room, a Workspace, and a café. Notably, CoELIB also has a well-equipped studio that is used for audio and video production.
