Career Advisory and Counseling: Guiding Your Path to Success

CoELIB provides career advisory and counselling services for youth to support their employability. The centre collaborates with Career Development Advisors (CDAs) to advise students on trade selection and provides career advisory and counselling training and tools. Additionally, the centre offers youth employment hubs with information on current opportunities. Through these modules, the program aims to equip the youth with the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed career choices and succeed in the job market.

Module One: Career Advisory –The module introduces students to career advisory and counselling.

Module Two: Career Counselling Programs - It covers developing a career advisory and counselling program.

Module Three: Student Profile Development – It provides tools and methods for developing student profiles during onboarding.

Module Four: Career Planning – Here, strategies for career planning are discussed.

Module Five: Job Searching – It explores job searching resources and avenues.

Module Six: Applying for a Job – The module focuses on the art of job applications

Module Seven: Interviewing – The module covers job interviewing techniques.
