Effective communication is critical to providing access to high-quality information and opportunities that enable youths build skills for healthy, productive, and engaging lives. As key partners, the youth must have a voice in decision-making to contribute to individual, household, community, and national well-being. CoELIB appreciates this and strives to facilitate a coordinated and effective såystem that embodies positive youth development principles through local and national systems.

To this end, the centre hosts CoELIB Radio and CoELIB TV, which provide platforms for young people to engage and discuss their issues. Through these platforms, CoELIB ensures that youth voices are heard. It also ensures that they relate with each other and come up with solutions to solve their problems. CoELIB also provides training opportunities to young people to help them develop their communication skills and increase their access to information. CoELIB also hosts networking events and meetups for young people to connect with peers and professionals in their fields of interest. This helps to build relationships and foster collaboration among young leaders, which can lead to new opportunities for personal and professional growth. CoELIB empowers young people to take an active role in shaping their lives and the future of their communities
