Egerton University Vice Chancellor Acknowledges Efforts of CoELIB

In an event attended by different stakeholders launching the 6th Edition Egerton University Cross Country, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Rose Mwonya appreciated the efforts CoELIB is making in marketing the university through its CoELIB Media Department. This came after the media produced an aerial impression of the university's beautiful scenery which attracted massive viewership across the world. CoELIB was contracted by the University Procurement Department in 2017 as the official provider of all media services during all the university events. The media team have also been co-opted by the Directorate of Marketing and Resource Mobilization in marketing and promoting the university through electronic and online media. Since the engagement of CoELIB Media, the university has had a positive shift in its online visibility impacting positively on the number of students enrollment and corporate partnerships. The media develops university TV commercials saving the costs of outsourcing such services by very huge margins.
